where can i contact you?
the easiest way to contact me currently is through dm on instagram! i also accept dms via twitter, emails to [email protected], or via the contact page on this site.what is your shipping/processing time?
processing time for prints, stickers, etc. is 1-3 weeks, and shipping time depends on the shipping selected at checkout. For heavier/fragile items, the processing time may be slightly longer (3-4 weeks). For custom shoes, the processing time will be discussed directly with the customer, but will generally be in 1-3 month range depending on the time of year and how many orders I have at one time. I am also a full time student, so please be patient with me! :)do you ship to [country]?
it depends. i ship from the usa. international shipping is costly, and i have had issues in the past with lost items. in general, prints and stickers (replaceable items) are available for shipping anywhere at varying costs. original work, as well as heavy or fragile items, are generally available for US/Canada shipping only.what is your refund/return policy?
i do not accept refunds or returns on anything, and especially not on custom/commission work. all sales are final. if there is any issue, please contact me directly to discuss.do you still take custom shoes commissions?
yes! information about custom shoe commissions will be updated mainly through my instagram. keep a lookout on my instagram as well as twitter for updates! you are also welcome to contact me with questions about orders, prices, etc.i see a piece on instagram/twitter that i like but you're not selling. how can i get it as a print?
i choose which pieces to print based on each one's popularity/interest (or sometimes my personal favorite pieces). if there is enough interest (multiple people willing to buy it) i will consider printing it in the future!
